Project Status


Louvre is a 358-unit, amenity-rich, themed mixed-use, multi-family rental community that is now completed. Occupancy occurred over 3 stages.


  • Stage 1 was completed in October 2021 ;
  • Stage 2 was completed in January 2022;
  • Stage 3 was completed in April 2022.


The finished community is seven stories of housing accompanied by main floor commercial space, and two levels of parking. Suite design and finishes have been painstakingly undertaken to ensure exceptional customer experience and longer periods of rental.


Louvre takes its name from the Louvre in Paris, France and emphasizes its association throughout its design and programming including seven-story soaring glass ‘lantern’ features and glass-fronted elevators creating an elegant sense of space and light into its common spaces. Most amenities are featured in the glass space.


The development is thoughtfully designed to include an outdoor area at its center with active areas to encourage community engagement.


Louvre’s customers prefer a transit-orientated, pedestrian lifestyle. Louvre is located adjacent Edmonton’s southern-most Light Rail Transit (LRT) station which connects it to the University of Alberta (10-minutes by train), the Government District and City Centre (two major employment nodes) within a 20-minute train commute.


Because amenities are important to our customers Louvre feature fitness facilities, library, meeting space, golf simulator, games room, workshop, and teaching kitchen.


Commercial amenities such as grocery, restaurants, medical services, banking, are also immediately adjacent Louvre. These amenities will be further enhanced planned commercial space on two sides of Louvre.
